Adds company-membership service with six operations (add, update, end, setPrimary, listByCompany, listByClient), the corresponding Zod validators, three socket events, and a unit-test suite covering the portId-scoping rules, the unique_cm_exact conflict path, and the atomic setPrimary transaction.
