Matt 86fe36b544 Fix ESLint config - bypass FlatCompat circular reference bug ...

- Remove FlatCompat wrapper that caused circular structure error
- Use typescript-eslint directly with react-hooks plugin
- Add eslint-plugin-react-hooks dependency
