Can I switch plans later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial? We offer a paid beta with founding member benefits (2× AI tokens for 12 months). No free tier — we want users who are serious about using it, and we want to give them a serious product.
What happens if I run out of tokens? You can buy additional tokens at transparent, cost-based rates. We don't mark them up aggressively — you'll see the per-model pricing before you buy.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data stays on your server even after cancellation — you'll have 30 days to export everything.
What AI models do you use? We route tasks to the best model for the job. Standard tasks use cost-efficient models. Premium models (GPT 5.2, Claude, Gemini Pro) are available on demand for Build and above.
Where is my data stored? On a dedicated server in the region you choose — Nuremberg, Germany for EU customers or Manassas, Virginia for North American customers. Your business data stays on your server — only account and billing data touches our infrastructure.
Are all the tools really open source? Yes. Every tool on your server is open-source software running under its original license — AGPL, MIT, Apache, and others. We publish the full list with licenses and links on our Open-Source Tools page. You own the deployment.
Can I use my own API keys for AI models? Not at launch, but we're building toward it. We plan to offer a Bring Your Own Key option for advanced users in a future update. For now, our managed AI handles model selection, routing, and failover automatically — most customers prefer that.

What happens after 12 months? Your token allocation returns to the standard amount for your tier. Everything else stays the same — your tools, your data, your server.
Can I upgrade or downgrade during the founding period? Yes. Your 2× multiplier applies to whatever tier you're on.

So I built it.
