Align marina image with form boundaries

- Image now aligns with top of 'Connect with us' heading
- Bottom aligns with Submit button
- Improved responsive layout for all screen sizes
- Changed marina.png to marina.jpg
- Fixed layout structure using flexbox for better alignment
