Matt Ciaccio	22f944fde2	style(detail): apply gradient header strip to client/interest/yacht/company/berth/residential/invoice details ... Adds shared <DetailHeaderStrip> wrapper (rounded-xl + gradient-brand-soft + shadow-xs) and applies it to every legacy domain detail header. Residential client/interest and invoice detail get an inline gradient strip with eyebrow ('Residential Client', 'Residential Interest', 'Invoice'). Matt	67d7e6e3d5	Initial commit: Port Nimara CRM (Layers 0-4) ... Full CRM rebuild with Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, MinIO, and Socket.io. Includes 461 source files covering clients, berths, interests/pipeline, documents/EOI, expenses/invoices, email, notifications, dashboard, admin, and client portal.
