- Returns 409 if Nextcloud is unavailable

a COMPOSITE task with two steps:
1. NEXTCLOUD_SET_DOMAIN - configures Nextcloud domain via occ commands
2. DOCKER_RELOAD - restarts the Nextcloud stack
